YMCA of Minot specializes in providing exercise and physical fitness programs. It offers several programs, such as aquatics, adult programs, youth programs, marathon and summer camp. The center provides a range of fitness classes that includes aerobic conditioning, athletic step, boot camp, cardio kick, gentle yoga and Pilates. YMCA of Minot's cardio equipment features upright lifecycles with heart rate monitors, concept rower, treadmills with TV's, versa climbers and trotter/cybex treadmills with heart rate monitors, among others.
