Established in 1982, The Wisconsin Center for Gifted Learners supports the social/cognitive and educational development of children with exceptional intellectual abilities. Located in Milwaukee, Wis., the Center conducts primary programs for children, including the developing dimensions program, saturday and summer program. The Wisconsin Center for Gifted Learners develops skills in language arts, music, art, informal drama, studies and physical education. The Educators Consortium meeting discusses activities, which include demonstration of curriculum and discussion of program practices.
