Paddle Excursions Paddle board Lesson-Learn the basics to stand up paddle board (SUP) and the proper paddling techniques which will make you feel more confident on the water. If you are just starting out or want to improve your skills, this class is for you!
Stand Up Paddle board Ecotour- All levels can come enjoy the nature Tampa Bay has to offer while paddling through the beautiful mangroves and seeing the fish swimming beneath you. Within this two-hour tour you may experience dolphins or manatees playing nearby as well as spot all the different birds and other animals along the way.
Downtown Paddle board Tour- This two hour tours starts at beautiful Marjory Park Marina located on Davis Islands. We begin with a mini lesson dockside and then paddle through Downtown Tampa along Hillsborough River. Come and enjoy Downtown Tampa for a point of view that very few get to experience.
Paddle board Yoga-Where the water meets your yoga mat. Blending the practice of Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) allows you to experience all the benefits of yoga while engaging more muscles through the instability of the water.
