Established in 1958, Westwood Christian School is a private, nonprofit Christian school. It is a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Westwood Lake, which serves more than 1,000 students annually. The school serves students in prekindergarten through grade 12 through its preschool, elementary, middle and high school divisions. Westwood Christian School offers an academic program that is fully accredited by the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies, language arts and physical education.
