Welcome to West County Radiological Group (WCRG), the area's imaging experts. Since 1969 we have been serving Saint Louis County and the surrounding area through our partnership with  Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis and Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri as well as their affiliated imaging centers. We are the largest private radiology practice in the area with 34 physicians. We provide our patients with radiology services, nuclear medicine services and radiation oncology services. WCRG also has a fully staffed medical physics group serving a variety of facilities throughout the State of Missouri.
 
All of our physicians are certified by the American Board of Radiology and belong to the American College of Radiology (ACR). The group has more fellowship-trained subspecialists than any other institution in the area, with the exception of a local teaching hospital. Many of our physicians have served and are currently serving in executive leadership roles in state and local medical organizations in an effort to preserve the quality of healthcare.
 
West County Radiological Group is a hospital-based radiology group. The radiologists do not own any imaging centers or imaging equipment. Therefore, we have no conflicts of interest that would encourage us to suggest any unnecessary follow up studies. We treat our patients just like we would like to be treated; with courtesy, respect, and understanding. Our goal is to get results to the referring physicians within a matter of hours if a routine study is ordered, and within minutes if the situation is more critical. We work with our hospitals to ensure that these studies reach the referring physicians’ offices promptly.

We do accept both Mastercard and Visa. Once your insurance makes a payment and/or adjustment for the services performed, we will transfer the account to patient responsibility and begin mailing out statements.
