He is also a 1986 graduate of the University of San Diego School Of Law, graduate tax program, where in he received his LL.M. Mr. Thorn is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Bar. He has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the areas of Probate, Trust, Conservatorships, and Estate Planning, and Administration.
