Vested Partners is located in Salem, Virginia and is a multi-family office providing legal, financial, fiduciary and insurance services. Attorney Robyn Smith Ellis assists clients primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and estates and elder law, including Medicaid planning and guardianships. Ms. Ellis also serves as Executor, Trustee, and agent under a Power of Attorney, guardian and conservator for clients who do not otherwise have a suitable person to fill those positions. David W. Ellis is a Certified Financial Planner (TM) who performs financial planning and investment management. An independent insurance agent, Mr. Ellis also writes life insurance, long term care insurance, and disability insurance. We work with a full range of clients and family circumstances, from new families starting out, to adult children struggling with aging parents' issues. Recognizing that some of our clients are not mobile, we are happy to travel to our clients. Our clients include traditional families, unmarried couples as well as same-sex couples. We love helping families manage and plan their affairs and financial lives.
