University of Florida Health is the Southeast’s most comprehensive academic health center. With main campuses in Gainesville and Jacksonville, UF Health includes six health colleges, seven research institutes and centers, two teaching hospitals, two specialty hospitals, and a host of physician medical practices and outpatient services throughout north central and northeast Florida.
Approximately 1,100 UF physicians provide care in about 100 specialty and subspecialty medical areas, from primary care to highly complex, subspecialty care, including cancer, cardiovascular, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics and transplantation services. More than 80 UF physician practices throughout north central and north Florida expand our care even further.
