Hershey Outpatient Surgery Center seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a six OR multi-specialty surgery center. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operational and financial management of the center, including supervision of personnel, inventory management and regulatory compliance. Developing physician relationships is also key. MHA/MBA and 2-3 years of prior experience in an ASC setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills required. Experience maintaining Joint Commission accreditation desirable.
