Proprietor Rebecca Illingworth Radilla, from Mexico City, has assembled a latin American kitchen staff led by Chef Carlos Garza of Chicago's famous Carnivale Restaurant, also from Mexico. Together their heritage brings authenticity and creativity to the Tinto menu.
