Dr. Connelly is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College and has been serving the Washington, D.C. community through Chiropractic care for over 25 years. After graduating from Franciscan University with a B.A. in history and a minor in education, Dr. Connelly went on to teach high school anthropology, sociology, psychology, history, video and animation during his 12 year career in secondary schools. Using his experience as a teacher, Dr. Connelly has written articles and lectured on health issues such as ergonomics, backpack safety and exercise. He frequently attends high school and college career days where he inspires young adults to consider the rewards of serving others through Chiropractic.


Additionally, Dr. Connelly has served as President of the District of Columbia Chiropractic Association and is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association. He is also a Certified Exercise Rehabilitation Doctor. In 2007, Dr. Connelly was given the "Outstanding Chiropractor of the Year" award by the District of Columbia Chiropractic Association for his work in the community and his commitment to the Chiropractic profession.


Dr. Connelly and his wife, Kathy, have three wonderful children that have grown up with Friendship Heights Chiropractic's patients as part of their family.
