Credit reports on prospective tenants. We subscribe to Experian Credit Bureau which gives us immediate computer and/or telephone access to prospective tenants' credit information anywhere in the United States.* Initiation of leases and other rental documents.* Service of certain Notices/Demands or other legal notices to tenants.* Collection of Rents and Security Deposits.
