I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with experience in a variety of areas and with all age groups. This includes outpatient counseling, skilled nursing, hospital, foodservice, and wellness. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University with a major in Dietetics. I then completed an accredited dietetic internship program at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in Indiana.

I am passionate about getting to know my clients and understanding their specific goals. I am a strong believer in the power of food and a healthy lifestyle for overall well-being. I enjoy helping clients achieve and maintain a well-balanced diet to improve their quality of life. I am focused on keeping up with the current research and trends to deliver accurate, evidence-based care.

My hobbies include fitness, walking my two dogs, Zoey and Sadie, and exploring the Dallas area. I enjoy preparing healthy meals for my family and trying new recipes. I am always looking for ways to make eating healthy easy and affordable for both my clients and myself. ​
