Stanley's Homemade Polish Sausage Company was founded in 1963 and was the first Polish deli in the metropolitan Phoenix area. At present, Stanley's is still the only exclusive location in the valley where you can find homemade Polish sausage made fresh daily. Amoungst other fine-quality products, Stanley's also creates the finest in both Polish and Eastern European products from "old country" recipes gathered over centuries and handed down from generation to generation. In business for over 33 years, Stanley's has been supplying Phoenician's and visitors with mouth-watering products packed with all the goodies that can only be found in a home-style kitchen. At Stanley's, you will not find any fancy machines or a huge workforce, because everything we make is made by hand with our small, but highly skilled staff. Just one foot in the door of Stanley's and your senses are bombarded with the sight and smell of our mouth-watering products. Stanley's boosts a wide assortment of over 30 varieties of smoked meats and sausage hanging behind the deli case. Behind the separating wall lies Stanley's production facility which consists of a walk-in cooler, chopper, mixer, grinder, stuffer, smoker and other machinery necessary to carry on the old world trade and tradition. Our retail area is complimented with a wide array of imported goods from places such as Poland, Hungary, Yugoslavia, and Bulgaria amoung other Eastern European countries. Along with these unique products, Stanley's offers a lunch menu consisting of a variety of 21 different homemade submarine sandwiches made from the freshest of meats and sausages produced fresh daily in house. Our subs are offered for eating in or carry out dependant on your time contraints.
