Rinkov Eyecare is proud to be Columbus’s premiere eye care center. Rinkov was founded in 1977 by Dr. Mark H. Rinkov, a lifelong Buckeye who grew up in Columbus and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1973. Dr. Rinkov fueled the company’s growth by carrying out his philosophy that each patient be treated as he would like to be treated.

In response to his patients’ requests, Dr. Rinkov opened his second office within one year of founding Rinkov Eyecare on Gay Street in downtown Columbus. The practice has since grown to nine locations throughout the Columbus metro area.
