I am a neuro-oncologist who cares for patients with brain tumors and neurological complications of cancer. My research focus is in epigenetics and understanding the processes that dictate whether genes are switched ‘on’ or ‘off’. Disruption of these processes plays an important role in the development of brain tumors such as glioblastoma. Through this work, my overarching goal is to develop more effective treatments for my patients.
