Welcome to Rettig's Gymnastics Training Center. We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for children to explore the enjoyment of physical activity through the sport of gymnastics. Our program is designed to increase the child's self esteem and confidence as well as to develop strength, coordination and balance. We offer a full range of classes for boys and girls; students are grouped together according to their age and ability.Rettigs Gymnastics offers several different toddler and preschool age classes which are designed to help children develop their fundamental movement skills. Our classes enable children to experience a variety of age appropriate physical activities designed to enhance and develop gross motor skills, coordination, social interaction, cooperation, basic gymnastic progressions, following direction and gym safety in a fun atmosphere.Parent Tot ProgramThis program is for children ages 22 months -3 1/2 years old. The parent is asked to assist in the familiarization of the child to a new environment and join in the fun. These classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed to develop gross motor motion skills and spatial awareness.PreschoolThe preschool program is for children ages 3 1/2 to 5. The children are introduced to the world of gymnastics through the use of specialized equipment. Class length this age extends to 55 minutesKindergymThese classes are for children ages 5-6 who attend kindergarden. Their gymnastics learning is expanded upon further with more advanced skills and methods. The class length is 55 minutesRecreationalOur recreational program is for children ages 6 years and older. The classes provide the children with a strong foundation of basic skills. Using these skills, they are given the opportunity to advance in the sport to any level. These 1 hour classes are strickly non-competitive and are designed solely for the enjoyment of learning gymnastics.
