At Red Oak we challenged ourself to take a food that is dear to our heart, biscuits, and bring it into modernity by making the best biscuit ever, and making the most amazing flavor combinations. I ate biscuits a lot as a kid whether it was Christmas biscuits, and gravy, or a biscuit sandwich prepared lovingly by my mother. I wanted to bring this same southern charm, and simplicity to the restaurant scene in St. Louis. A biscuit is a culinary work of art. It is also a scientific anomaly as it straddles the line between batter and dough. Our restaurant is fast casual, and there is no need for a reservation. Pop in for take out, or dine with us.
