These meats are cooked during a long period of time, making it indescribable and unique, remembering us of the Italian tradition of meeting the whole family to prepare tomato sauce and then the meat sauce, or best known in Italy as "meat Ragu". Therefore, Ragu is a synonym of tradition and family... while Pesto, a combination of basil, extra virgin olive oil and nuts, offers delicacy and aroma that makes the contemporary, subtle and fine of this sauce with Genoa origin...
