Located in Tahlequah, Okla., Questt is a nonprofit organization that operates Quality Educational Services and Training and Quality Educational Services for Today & Tomorrow. The organization offers the U.S. Department of Labor Workforce Investment Act programs that serves youths and adults in several counties in Oklahoma. It also provides the U.S. Department of Education TRIO programs that serve at-risk youths in public schools in eastern Oklahoma.
