I Have Over 20 Years In The Construction Industry. I Started By Working With A Custom Home Builder As A Summertime Job During High School. Our Focus Was Foundation. Framing. Exterior Finishes And Interior Work To Include All Trim Carpentry And Custom Accents. After School I Worked In Construction Management As A Project Superintendent For Large Homebuilders In Southern California. Seattle Washington And Now Houston. I Have Worked With High End Homes. Active Adult Communities As Well As Semi Custom Builders. I Was In Charge Of The Ground Up Construction Of Many Communities And Have Been Very Proud Of The Work My Team And I Have Accomplished. It Is A Very Fast Moving And Challenging Profession That Is Very Rewarding At Times. I Also Worked In The Commercial Side Of Construction That Opened My Eyes To A Different Side To Construction. I Have Had Focused Schooling Only But In My Profession Hands On Training Is Much Better In My Opinion. During My Time In Commercial Construction I Was Grandfathered I To The Carpenters Union. It Was There That I Took An 18 Month Superintendent Career Training. But My Real Passion Is To Transfer Houses Into Homes By Adding Things That Personalize It So I Am Persuing It By Offering Up My Services. I Am A Homeowner Myself And Know That In Order To Add Anything To Your Home. You First Need It To Function Appropriately.
