Precision Auto Repair was founded in 1990 by Rick Alkinburgh to provide customers with state-of-the-art, reliable services. Before starting our shop, Rick was working for businesses that were not investing in the technology necessary to repair the vehicles coming. Wanting to provide customers with the service they deserve — and seeing where automotive technology was going — he decided to start out on his own. Throughout the years, our business has grown and gained a loyal customer base. In 1994, we purchased our current location in Scotia, NY. This expanded the number of service bays and technicians on staff. We have never lost sight of our commitment to customer satisfaction first, and providing repairs done right the first time. To ensure we are always providing our customers with our best, we work to keep our technicians as educated as possible as to what's coming in the future of auto repair.
