Dr. Mazumder was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a board eligible orthodontist. He was awarded Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Mazumder completed his post-graduate residency training in Orthodontics specialty at Roseman University of Health Sciences (formerly University of Southern Nevada) in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also received a Masters in Business Administration. Dr. Mazumder is an Invisalign Certified Preferred Provider. Dr. Mazumder is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Northeastern Society of Orthodontists (NESO), American Dental Association (ADA), Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA) to name a few. Dr. Mazumder is a board member of the Dental Society of Greater Waterbury (DSGW) and a member of the Bristol Dental Society. He is also a member of both Waterbury and Bristol Chambers of Commerce. He is committed to staying current on the latest advancements in orthodontics in order to provide the best possible care and treatment for his patients. Dr. Mazumder looks forward to helping his patients achieve the smiles that will bring them confidence and happiness for a lifetime.
