Founded in 1946, Pompei's Grotto is a family-owned restaurant that provides a range of dining services. Its menu includes seafood, grilled salmon, fried calamari, steamed mussels, salads, sandwiches, chicken tenders, soups, pasta dishes and hamburgers. The restaurant also offers a variety of wines that includes chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, reisling, zinfandel, syrah, pinot noir, Chainti and merlot. Pompei's Grotto maintains an outside patio, bar and dining rooms. In addition, it provides reservation solutions for up to 40 guests. The restaurant offers party menus. Pompei's Grotto also serves spaghetti, fried shrimp, fish-and-chips and calamari steaks. It serves customers seven days a week throughout San Francisco.
