We specialize in powder coating all types of automotive parts and accessories. We can also coat just about anything metallic that you may want coated.

All parts need to be stripped of any plastic, rubber, and large amounts of grease. Stripping of these on our end will result in additional charges. All parts are baked in a burn-off oven at 600-degrees for bringing out any impurities, oils, and contaminates in the metal.
Parts are pressure washed and then sand blasted to completely get rid of the impurities, and give a good bonding surface. Parts are then masked, any machine surfaces are taped off, threaded holes are plugged, any nipples are capped off and then the part is cleaned thoroughly with an iron phosphorus or acetone to promote adhesion. Parts are then coated to your choosing of color, and then placed in oven at 400-degrees to finalize the process.
