Most Insurance Accepted and covers Chiropractic care: including, Workers' Compensation, Auto Accident (personal injury), Medicare, BCBS of OK and BCBS Federal, HealthChoice, First Health, Principal, MailHandlers, In any case, our staff always calls the insurance company for you at the beginning of your care, to learn about the coverage YOU have. Today, most insurance covers Chiropractic care to various degrees.  Phillips Chiropractic is contracted with as many Insurance companies & PPO’s as possible, to assure that we can file your claims for YOU! Group Insurances; companies such as these cover you through your place of employment and cover most of the exams, X-Rays, adjustments and therapies: BCBS-OK, BCBS-Goodyear Anthem, HealthChoice,  Aetna, Principal, GIGNA, First Health, Advantage & others. Government Employee insurance; such as Federal BCBS, Mail handlers and GEHA all cover Chiropractic care. Medicare: In 2010 will cover 30 Chiropractic adjustments per year (X-Rays, exams & therapies are not covered).  Sooner Care and Medicaid does not cover Chiropractic Care at this point. Tricare does not Cover as of now, but there is talk that it might soon pay. We are hopeful! Motor Vehicle Accidents; If you have been injured in a MVA, there can be coverage in many ways: 3rd party carrier: (usually the person at fault) is responsible to pay for your car damage, as well as your medical expenses, Uninsured motorist: (your insurance) will usually cover the same as above, if the person at fault had no insurance Medpay: Will cover your medical expenses up to the limit you chose, no matter who was at fault.  It is very inexpensive, will not go on your record or increase your premiums if you use it.  This will pay in addition to your 3rd party carrier or your uninsured motorist coverage. Work-related injuries; With permission of your employer and the Insurance Company, you might choose to get treated by your Chiropractor.  Check with your company’s HR personal for details.  Some companies require that you get first seen at the medical facility of their choice.
