I am a dual licensed attorney CPA. I specialize in Tax Law. I have been practicing for over 15 years. In 1991, I passed the CPA exam in one sitting.In 1994, I graduated top of my law school class, with honors, from St. Johns University School of Law, New York.I focused on tax law while in law school, oftentimes achieving the highest class position. I was taught under the tutelage of Professor Jacob Todres. Professor Todres was also teaching at New York Universitys Tax LLM program at that very time. Because of my dedication, Professor Todres chose me to be his tax research assistant. Quite simply, I love tax law.Because I received a high score on the bar exam, I waived in to the Colorado bar. This was a catalyst beginning my career in Colorado.
