Each of the community s apartments features a microwave, refrigerator, cable television and emergency call system. Park Place Seattle offers food services for residents in its dining rooms. The community provides 24-hour staffing services. It offers assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry and medication monitoring. The community s facilities include a library, game room, fitness center and gift shop. It provides a variety of recreational activities, such as music, shopping and fun outings. In addition, Park Place Seattle maintains a private dining room that allows residents to host parties for their families and friends. It is operated by the Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF), which is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1961 and serves senior citizens, economically disadvantaged families and individuals with disabilities.
