Opened in 2001, Ouest Restaurant is listed as one of New York City s top restaurants by New York Magazine and serves new American cuisine. Its dinner menu includes house-smoked duck breast, goat cheese ravioli, saut ed baby calamari, pan-roasted salmon and squab, braised beef short ribs and stewed honeycomb tripe. Ouest Restaurant serves cakes, cheesecakes, pudding, sundaes, apple pies, biscotti and sorbets. The restaurant additionally features a wine list that includes Champagne and red and white wines. Ouest Restaurant also has an intensive management training program that combines experience in all aspects of the restaurant with related reading assignments and projects.
