This facility is providing Well-Child checks and immunizations by appointment only for University Health System patients. Whenever possible, appointments will be conducted over the phone to abide by social distancing guidelines. Your provider will let you know when an in-person visit is needed. Appointments will be coordinated through the patient’s PCP and instructions will be shared with the patient’s guardian at the time of appointment booking. North - University Family Health Center offers primary and acute minor care for all ages. In addition, we offer on-site laboratory, behavioral therapy, radiology and endocrinology/diabetic sub-specialty services, along with health and diabetes educators.
