North Bay Performing Arts Company offers instruction for adults and children in classic Ballet and Jazz dancing. Marcella Contessi Smith, founder of Contessi Ballet Theater 29 years ago, created North Bay Performing Arts company. NBPAC has a highly talented and professional staff of trained and experienced performers and teachers in the performing arts.
