Cohen does NOT accept insurance. Insurance plans with OUT of network benefits will provide reimbursement directly to the patient for part of the cost of CARE. DR. Cohen is available by appointment only. In addition to HIS clinical work. DR. Cohen is a forensic psychiatric expert WHO has been appointed to NEW York state court and federal court cases. HE is available for consultation in civil and criminal forensic psychiatric matters.
