Emergency appointments are available so that you can be treated the same day at one of our two locations. Accreditations: Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Holtzen are board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and are among the most experienced providers in the Las Vegas Valley.

Locations: We are conveniently located at 6950 Smoke Ranch Road Suite 200 in Las Vegas (on Smoke Ranch between Tenaya and U.S. 95) and in Henderson at 1525 Warm Springs Road Suite 125 (on Warm Springs near Stephanie, across from Green Valley High School).

Insurance: We accept most dental and medical insurance plans. We always welcome new patients and can schedule emergencies for the same day.
