Welcome to the office of Nelson P. Castellano, DDS. We offer treatment for conditions relating to the mouth and facial regions including surgical extractions, removal of impacted wisdom teeth, TMJ, biopsies of the head and neck, dental implants, jaw fractures as well as Botox and dermal fillers.Dr. Castellano has been practicing in the Tampa area since 1971. In addition to operating a full time practice he serves as Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.
