Welcome to Nava Health and Vitality Center. Our integrative medical practice focuses on helping you to feel your best at any age. We focus on positively addressing the symtoms of aging, obesity (weight loss prgrams), pain management and improving performance and recovery for active individuals.
With a passion for improving wellness and achieving life-changing results, our distinguished group of Directors of Integrative Wellness includes physicians, nutrition and sports nutrition experts, acupuncturists, massagetherapists, and Life Coaches, all under one roof has derived a welcoming environment to cultivate healthy, balanced lives. We accomplish this with our proprietary Nava Method which begins with a comprehensive assessment that helps us understand what you are feeling along with your goals. The second part of this initial visit includes an extensive wellness diagnostic that consists of looking at 65 bio-chemical markers. Approximately twice what a normal physical will review so that we can get to the root cause of your symptoms.
The labs are then reviewed with you in detail during a 45 minute appointment with a Nava physician who is trained in intergrative medicine. The physician will arm you with information about your body and health that you were probably not aware. This lab results, along with the assessment, are channeled in to an algorithm that will then produce a Custom Vital Plan (CVP) designed specifically for you. This is your roadmap to wellness and may include recommended therapies or programs or our premium grade line of nutraceuticals and supplements. Our goal at this point is to arm you with the information you need to be in control of your health and to determine the protocol(s) that make the most sense for you.
