Opened in 1996, Nathaniel Alexander Elementary School s staff includes literacy facilitators, speech pathologists, media specialists and custodians. The school also employs a social worker, nurse, physical therapist and several English as a Second Language teachers. The elementary school teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, language arts, computer science, music, art and physical education.
