The concept allows the guests to choose their own ingredients from a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, salads, sauces and spices. The food is then prepared by master grillers. Mongo Charities, operated by bd's mongolian barbeque, was established in 2005 to help raise funds for the Mongolian Youth Development Foundation. The foundation is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization that offers youth development programs in Mongolia and works to assist youth in their development into active members of society by providing social, educational, cultural and physical activities.
