Michael Slobasky, D.O., is the Founder of Global Neuro & Spine Institute. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is triple board certified in pain medicine, and in physical medicine and rehabilitation. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997, he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz., in 2002.
Dr. Slobasky did his internship in New York, NY at St. Vincents Midtown Hospital (formerly St. Clares). This was followed by a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry) at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where he served as Chief Resident. Following his residency, Dr. Slobasky completed an ACGME accredited Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Temple University Hospital and the clinics of Mid Atlantic Spine. Dr. Slobasky prides himself on performing spinal injections, electrodiagnostics, and minimally invasive spine surgeries with as little patient discomfort as possible.
