If you have been to Peru, you will love Mi Peru’s food; If you have not, you will feel like you have. Mi Peru is the second phase of a project that started more than two decades ago back in Peru, and after being on hold for a few years, it continues in the United States today. We bring to your table the experience and knowledge of what represents the Peruvian cuisine. We primarily work with Peruvian products and cooking techniques to not deviate ourselves from our tradition. For instances, the use of our imported Peruvian chicken oven, to prepare delicious rotisserie chicken, one of the most emblematic plates of our cuisine.
