Massachusetts College of Art + Design is a public, independent institution that offers a range of professional baccalaureate and graduate programs. It is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is a member of the American College Health Association. The college has an annual enrollment of more than 1,400 students and has a staff of over 200 faculty members. It offers graduate programs in fine arts, photography, environmental design, art and developmental theory, studio and writers forums and contemporary art history. The college also offers classes in communication design, media and performing arts and studio investigations. Massachusetts College of Art + Design has been operational for more than 100 years and is located in Boston.
