The organization s clients include the California Department of Corrections, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Pacific Business Group on Health and California HealthCare Foundation. Lumetra also offers case development, research, validation, reporting and medical review services. It operates a wholly owned subsidiary, known as IntegriGuard, prevents and detects fraud, waste and abuse in health care systems. Lumetra additionally reviews experimental and investigational issues.
