With over 18 years as a commercial lobsterman under his belt, Captain Mike knows a few things about lobster! In addition to the lobster rolls, of which there are several different types, the LobsterCraft Kitchen offers award winning Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder, Lobster Mac N Cheese, and even a 12 hour smoked pulled pork roll for the land lubber.
