Ligero Express is a bakery café that offers tasty desserts with no sugar and refined flour and in top of that gluten free without sacrificing the taste of the food. It arose from the need to offer sweets and healthy options to people with medical conditions such as diabetes and gluten intolerance. In addition to the desserts, we offer light butters and creams and healthy breakfasts and lunches.
