After immigrating to the U.S. and settling in New York, Dr. Umanoff graduated from the New York University School of Dentistry in 1999. In 2001, he opened his first private practice in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn with the goal of helping people achieve both healthy and beautiful smiles.
