Recognizing the importance of providing objective advice, as well as the ability to offer a wide range of products and customized investment strategies, the founding partners, Lester Lee, Perry Dougherty and Ricky Ferrara took their combined 48 years of investment counseling experience, and founded the practice in 2003. Today the practice has grown to six financial consultants and six administrative support staff.
