Husband and wife Pablo and Yardia Ramirez founded Las Islas Marias to bring their famous recipes from Nayarit, Mexico to Chicago. The Ramirez family established a following along the Pacific Coast for their authentic and delicious seafood delicacies and now is pleased to offer them to the people of the Windy City.
