Established in 1984, L.A. Fitness International, LLC is a chain of sports club with over 350 locations in 22 states and Canada. It conducts a plethora of specialty classes, such as yoga, cycling, mat pilates, kickbox cardio and aqua aerobics, among others. Located in Miami, Fla., the center offers state-of-the-art equipment as well as a heated lap pool, whirlpool spa and saunas, to name a few. It also organizes racquetball, tennis and basketball tournaments and leagues.
