Ms. Berry concentrates her practice in elder law, including wills, trusts, incapacity planning, Medicaid planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. Jean grew up in a small town in Iowa and after marriage to her husband Bill, a native Chicagoan, lived and practiced in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She and her husband moved to Florida in 1992. She opened her office in Clearwater with her husband Bill as Marketing Director in 2002. Jean developed an interest in elder law after watching her grandmother and her aunt struggle with Alzheimers and seeing the impact on other family members. She enjoys working with seniors and loves to hear their life stories.
