Anusara yoga is a great place to practice a non-dual philosophical view of intrinsic goodness within a most recognizably classical Hatha Yoga format. Classes can vary from the most advanced asana practice based with therapeutically sound body alignment to deep relaxation, meditative practices of pranayama. Students who desire to, can progress to deeper practices of relaxation and meditation or can elevate their understanding of physical alignment and asana practice and move into the most creative Vinyasa and most challenging of Power classes.
