Kelli Watkins, M.D., practices Integrative and Functional Medicine at BodyLogicMD of Dallas, alongside Medical Director, Dr. Nikki Walden. It is here that she helps women and men suffering from menopause, andropause and other hormone imbalances achieve a better, healthier life. Using individual, customized wellness programs tailored to address each patient's specific needs, Dr. Watkins combines personalized nutrition plans, professional-grade supplements, weight management strategies and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to ensure her patients enjoy improved energy, restored mental clarity and achieve the highest quality of life possible.

Dr. Watkins began her transition to integrative and functional medicine after attending a functional medicine conference. The philosophy behind this approach resonated with her and inspired her to redirect her focus. Dr. Watkins believes that by listening to her patients and reviewing their medical history in detail, it can help to uncover many factors that may be contributing to their current health or lack thereof. By addressing these factors, together, she and her patient can work on improving and possibly even reversing chronic conditions and alleviating symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, memory disturbance, sexual problems, depression, anxiety and other issues at their source.

Dr. Watkins holds a bachelor degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University where she graduated Cum Laude. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1996 and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2000. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. They perform Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
